Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with. We integrate with third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and analytics.

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to other countries.

The data controller is the Ijodly operator (contact: ijodly@protonmail.com). Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the relevant threshold for digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact ijodly@protonmail.com and we will promptly delete the information and terminate any associated account.

Parents and guardians may contact us to review, modify, or delete the personal information of their minor child.

15. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Indicative retention periods:
