Terms of Service

By accessing and using Ijodly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Ijodly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Ijodly
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use Ijodly:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ijodly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ijodly.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content you submit.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Ijodly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The Service offers AI-powered features (image generation, image editing, and text generation, collectively the "AI Features") provided through third-party model providers such as Google Gemini and fal.ai.

Use of the AI Features is subject to the upstream provider's acceptable-use policy in addition to these Terms. You agree not to use the AI Features to generate content that:

• Infringes the intellectual-property rights of any third party
• Depicts identifiable real persons in defamatory, sexual, or deceptive contexts
• Generates CSAM, terrorist propaganda, or other unlawful material
• Attempts to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer the underlying model

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before use; the Service makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights. As between you and Ijodly, ownership of AI Features output is governed by the upstream provider's terms — many providers grant the prompting user broad use rights but retain no exclusivity, meaning identical or similar output may be generated for other users.

We reserve the right to log AI prompts and outputs for safety review, abuse detection, and billing reconciliation, subject to the Privacy Policy.

If you believe content hosted on Ijodly infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to ijodly@protonmail.com including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or authorised agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail (URL or design ID) for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf

We will acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and remove or disable access to the infringing material within 10 business days. We may forward the notice to the user who uploaded the content, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Some assets in the Elements panel are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA 4.0) — for example, OpenMoji and certain Mega Doodles items. When you incorporate a CC-BY-SA asset into a design, that design becomes a derivative work that, if you redistribute it publicly, must also be licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.0.

For all other licensed assets (CC-BY, MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD), you remain responsible for preserving attribution when you redistribute exports outside the Service. Use the in-product asset info popup (the "i" button on any element) and the public /credits page to identify which assets carry attribution requirements.

You retain ownership of the original creative content you contribute to your designs. You grant Ijodly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, modify (e.g. resize for thumbnails), and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

Paid plans (where available) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal charge is made to the payment method on file.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.

Promotional and trial pricing may be revoked at any time. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive forum for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by direct negotiation for at least 30 days following written notice. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you rights that cannot be derogated by contract, those rules apply notwithstanding this clause.
